Entertaining Software, Inc. is a software development firm with a focus on video game development, especially retro-style video game engines. We consist of a small staff of software engineers with experience in many programming languages, but we mainly develop in C and Lua. We strive to ensure our software is portable to Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, GNU/Linux and the BSDs. Our code is written CPU-agnostic, allowing our programs to run on virtually any processor, though we mainly work with x86 and x86-64 systems.

We currently have no publicly-available products other than a few utilities. A few video games are being developed along with a point’n’click adventure game engine and a 2.5D first-person shooter engine.
